Just a short little entry to share with you how well I am eating and enjoying the tastes of Mexico. You can't get hot chocolate anywhere better than in Mexico! Canela (cinnamon) is what makes Chocolate Mexicana so wonderful and then dip a couple of churros in it and you are in heaven! I'm posting another short slideshow -- including some of the foods we've recently enjoyed. Chela serves a different soup to us each day-- sopa de zanahorias (carrot), sopa de fideo, sopa de flor de calabasa, sopa de tortilla-- followed by an` entre. She is a marvelous cook and she puts a lot of care into her presentation.
Today I am stayed home and got some things done, including my homework, while Eric went off to play with his new friends :-)

What one photo can do to my impressionable mind!! I swear when I saw that Mexican chocolate, and you mentioned canela, I could smell the aroma as if I were holding that very cup myself!
